Objectives
Bee My work promotes access to decent jobs and housing opportunities offering vocational training and internship opportunities in the selection of ethical companies. Bee My Job’s team oversees respect for labor rights, the cultural diversity of refugees and social needs within the companies that carry out practices. It promotes a greater understanding of the risks of exploitation in the agricultural labor market between refugees, citizens and institutions, along with a great commitment
of the companies and their representative bodies.
Actions
- Organization of vocational training courses in beekeeping and agriculture, in different training centers.
- The activation and monitoring of practices in selected and valued “ethical” companies.> Training of social workers through the organization of workshops and publication of teaching materials.
Description
Bee, my working addresses address inequalities in access to employment for refugees in Italy, providing vocational training and facilitating access to decent labor opportunities in the field of beekeeping and agriculture. EVALUATION
Since 2015, it has trained 200 refugees and has promoted more than 120 practices throughout Italy.

Your extension is in progress. The project is active in Piedmont and has been replicated in Calabria, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany. A new edition will be confirmed at Lazio.
